Born in Shanghai, China, Lucy immigrated to the United States at age 30 and became a proud American citizen in 2019. Over the years, she has called many vibrant cities home, including Scranton, PA; Savannah, GA; Portland, OR; Vancouver, WA; Denver, CO; and Dunedin, FL.
Lucy’s wellness journey began in 2018 with her first teacher training in Bikram Yoga. While she started with hot yoga, Lucy soon discovered a deep passion for Yin Yoga, which has remained at the heart of her practice and teaching. Since then, she has completed extensive training across yoga, stretching, Chinese medicine, and sound healing, allowing her to integrate multiple modalities into a holistic approach for healing and well-being.
Lucy holds the E-RYT 500 certification with Yoga Alliance, having taught over 2,000 hours of group classes and private sessions. Lucy’s formal trainings include:

In addition, Lucy has been self-studying Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) since 2022, applying its principles—particularly Qi (energy flow)—to her yoga and stretch sessions. In September 2024, she began formal studies with the Hope Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic in China to deepen my knowledge and practice.
Through this journey, Lucy has witnessed first-hand how yoga, stretching, sound healing, and TCM together can transform physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. Lucy’s mission is to help others find balance, release pain, and reconnect with themselves through these integrated practices.
Outside of teaching, Lucy loves to travel, explore unique cuisines, and immerse herself in new experiences that continue to expand her perspective on life and wellness.
