Students often see rapid improvement in flexibility during Yin Yoga teacher training due to the well-structured sequencing. These classes carry substantial depth and intensity, forming the core of the teacher training program. The first eight sessions are pure Yin Yoga sequences; the last two incorporate fascia ball techniques. Only the first class is foundational and lasts 60 minutes — the rest run 80–90 minutes.

Requirements
This training is open to RYTs and non- yoga teachers alike. Anyone interested in diving deeper into their own practice is welcome. This training does not certify a non-certified yoga teacher to teach Yin yoga.
