To ensure fairness and accommodate all our members, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Window: You must cancel your class reservation at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: If you cancel after the 2-hour window or fail to attend the class without canceling, a $10 fee will be charged to your account.

This policy helps us manage class sizes effectively and offer spots to other students. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
