The Hot 26/2 sequence is deceptively simple. Through the repetition of a fixed sequence practiced in a heated environment, students often discover increased concentration, greater body awareness, and a deeper capacity to stay present with challenge. Over the course of the training, the practice becomes not only a method of learning postures and teaching skills, but a laboratory for self-observation, resilience, and transformation.
